Real-time editing of select social-first content, creating polished, ready-to-share vertical pieces while the celebration is still unfolding.

OUR PROCESS
01 · PRE-EVENT COORDINATION
Final schedules, locations, production requirements and priority moments are coordinated with the Colin Cowie Lifestyle team before the event.
02 · THREE-DAY COVERAGE
Our selected visual team covers all three celebrations according to the confirmed 13-hour schedule.
03 · PRIORITY CONTENT
Social-first content and a curated preview selection are prioritized following the celebration.
04 · FINAL DELIVERY
Professionally edited photography, films and content are delivered through private digital galleries.
NEXT STEPS
Once a collection is selected, we will confirm the production team, finalize logistics and prepare the service agreement and reservation details.
From there, we will coordinate directly with the Colin Cowie Lifestyle team as the event schedule and production details are finalized.
